CBSE Improvement Exam 2024 / CBSE Compartment Exam 2024 is for those students who have failed in one or two subjects in CBSE Board Exam 2024. All the students who have failed the board exam are eagerly waiting for the notification of the CBSE Improvement Exam. All the students will not have to wait much longer because the notification of the CBSE Compartment Exam has been released on 7 June 2024.
Almost more than 3 lakh 80 thousand students have to take a compartment exam as so many students could not pass one or two subjects in the board exam. To pass the CBSE board exam, all class 10 and 12 students have to score a minimum of 33% marks in each subject. Only those students who are unable to score 33% marks have to take a compartment exam.

CBSE 10th 12th Improvement Exam 2024
The CBSE supplementary exam/CBSE Improvement Exam is an opportunity for classes 10 and 12 students who do not pass the CBSE Board Exam. Students of classes 10 and 12 can appear in the compartment exam to save their academic year. CBSE compartment/supplementary exam date 2024 contains the exam date, time, subject code, important guidelines & instructions, and other details. The exam conducting board has conducted the CBSE 10th annual board exam and CBSE 12th annual board exam from February 15 to April 10, 2024.
CBSE Improvement Exam 2024 is known as the CBSE Compartment Exam or CBSE Supplementary Exam. Earlier the CBSE Improvement Exam was known as the CBSE Compartment Exam. But in the new education policy, the word supplementary started being used in place of the word compartment. What will happen if you pass the CBSE Compartment Exam
In the CBSE Compartment Exam 2024, students who pass with more than 33% marks will not lose one year as they will be considered as passed this year. After passing the compartment exam, class 10 students will be able to take admission in class 11 this year, whereas class 12 students will be able to take admission in graduation this year.
How to check the CBSE Class 12th Supplementary Exam Date Sheet?
- Visit the Official Central Board of Secondary Education (New Delhi) official website @www.cbse.gov.in.
- Click on the link given on the homepage “Main Website“.
- Under the announcement Section, Check @ CBSE Notification“
- Now, click on the notice link that reads “Compartment Date Sheet“.
Note: If the payment mode is selected as Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking, you will be taken to the payment gateway website for online payment. In case of any link break or network failure due to which your application payment status is not updated but the amount is being debited from your account, then
